XLPE/PVC/AIA/PVC Multi-conductor Armoured Control Cable 600V

Application & Usage

Armored control cables are engineered for ventilated, non-ventilated, and ladder type cable trays, suitable for exposed and concealed wiring in dry, humid, or damp environments. These cables offer exceptional compression resistance, oil resistance, and chemical resistance, ensuring extended service life. Common vertical installations include mines, high-rise commercial buildings, built-in tunnels, and vertical cable trays.

Conductor: 14 AWG B grade bare copper compressed concentric circles conforming to ASTM B8
Insulation: RW90 type cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE)
Colour Coding: According to ICEA Method 4; individual conductors painted black with conductor number surface printed in contrasting ink
Ground (Bonding) Conductor: Uninsulated stranded bare copper conductor
Inner Jacket: Flame Retardant, Moisture and Sunlight Resistant Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) - Black
Armor: Aluminum Interlock Armor (AIA)
