Our flexible copper bus bars are engineered for substation applications, featuring laminated copper foil construction that maximizes current carrying capacity and flexibility.
Flexible busbars are manufactured through brazing copper foil parts together, ensuring 99.9% copper content for excellent conductivity with minimal impurities. The laminated design provides increased current carrying surface area.
Copper Foil Thickness: 0.05mm to 0.3mm thick. Contact surfaces can be tinned or silvered according to user requirements.
